Returns & Warranty Claims

At XGame, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return a product under the following conditions:

Right of Return

The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused

• Free from any signs of installation or fitting

• In its original packaging

• Complete with all labels, accessories, and documentation

Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns of:

• Products showing visible signs of use

• Installed or fitted parts

• Products with damaged, missing, or non-original packaging

• Products damaged after delivery due to improper use

Motorcycle Tires and Parts

The customer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of the product with their motorcycle model before placing an order.

Tires and parts that have been installed or fitted are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Warranty Claims

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Photos of the product and the defect (if applicable)
